Financial Policy
Our office is proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We help make it easy for people to get the care they want and need, right when they need it, without having to delay treatment or appointments. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.
Payment Options
Our office offers payment & financing options, allowing you the freedom to make the best decision about your treatment options. We make it easy for you to get the care you deserve, without delaying your treatment or appointments you need. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). We collect co-insurance (aka co-pay) day of service for services rendered.
CareCredit Financing
CareCredit provides a valuable financing option for treatments and procedures that typically are not covered by insurance, or for times when insurance doesn’t cover the full amount. CareCredit is also used by cardholders to pay for deductibles and co-payments.
We think people like having financial options because that gives them the freedom to make decisions about treatment options, so they can do what’s best for their situation and their family.

Welcome To Acharya Periodontics
What is a Periodontist?
A periodontist is a dentist who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum disease, and in the placement of dental implants. Periodontists receive extensive training in these areas, including three additional years of education beyond dental school. They are familiar with the latest techniques for diagnosing and treating periodontal disease, and are also trained in performing cosmetic periodontal procedures.
Dr. Acharya, board certified in Periodontics and dental implant surgery, can treat more problematic periodontal cases, such as those with severe gum disease or a complex medical history. She can offer non-surgical and surgical treatment options specifically suited to patient needs and preferences.
Diagnosis and Management
A thorough examination and accurate, specific diagnosis is the foundation of effective treatment.
Non-Surgical Treatment
Very often, early stages of periodontal disease are effectively treated with non-surgical periodontal therapy.
Surgical Treatment
When necessary, Dr. Acharya and her team can walk you through a surgical treatment plan to restore healthy gums and teeth.
Dental Implants
Dental implants are a common procedure of permanently replacing missing teeth without affecting other neighboring teeth.
